The ambiance is great, the service was friendly, the drinks were good, and the food was fantastic! The korma with a side of rice and the bread basket is my new favorite meal (the peshawari naan is SO GOOD, I'd come back just for this!). We went on a Sunday evening and there were other patrons but it wasn't crowded, which was nice, and there's plenty of parking. Will absolutely be back!!
Food was just amazing Chef took time to make it customized for us He was very friendly Ambience is beautiful
Review # 600 Been wanting to come here & finally did for my #44Birthday & my Bestie Tammy #48thBday dinner on Saturday 07.06.24 We had a 6:45 p.m. reservation. I booked it on open table and requested the VIP room for our party of 12 gals. We were welcomed and seated right away. VIP table is in the back after you past the bar. It's a bit secluded since it's a room but w no doors so you're able to see inside easily. What we ordered ~ Pistachio Lamb Chops ~ Bad & Boujee cocktail Service was top notch and the chef himself Vicky came out to say Hi along with gave us a complimentary pineapple curry fried rice dish w yummy fish fillets for us birthday gals. He was so friendly and also asked us our insights with the restaurant and what they improve in. I wasn't shy and did inform him that the drinks were all a tad bit on the lighter side as in the alcohol. It wasn't a bit strong or had a taste but definitely on the fruitier or like you were just drinking juice. Along with the water that they serve wasn't pleasing. All of us girls notice that. It had a really bad taste along with smell to it. Highly suggest looking into that if it hasn't been fixed. Water really tasted bad. But because of the exceptional service we got. It made mee give 5 stars. Or it would have been 4 or even towards 3 stars. I'd definitely recommend coming here for a nice dinner date, girls night out or even to come enjoy the beauty of the restaurant. It's on the nicer fancier side of an upscale Indian restaurant. Located in the same business strip as Sip & Savor bakery and Campintinelli cookies.
Absolutely check this place out if you haven't already. It's rare to find a restaurant that excels in service, on top of having great food and a nice vibe. The overall experience really stands out. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, my friends and I were told it was closed for a private event, the chef, Vicky, quickly made us feel welcome. He not only chatted with us but also showcased his exceptional culinary skills. Our hostess, Alisa, was exceptionally warm and friendly too. It's truly rare to find a restaurant that delivers such a memorable experience.
Super nice food and just a great ambiance! Very insta friendly decor. Love all the vegetarian options !!
We were definitely impressed with the ambience & interior design. They had a great live pianist, something seemingly lost in dining these days. This place is definitely a step up from the nearby Bombay Grill & Karma Lounge. The service was great, though may be strained if they get too many tables. They have a focus on their cocktails, which are definitely worth a try. The food was well thought out & definitely a step towards that gastro-pub vibe & flavors. The menu seems more home-cooked, than the typical orange curries you'd find at any Indian restaurant or catered wedding. You can taste the ghee in the naan, which was a welcome surprise. The prawns were excellent & cleaned to my preference. Will definitely be coming back to try the chicken & lamb. The vibe of the restaurant, menu etc. seems to be catering to a younger crowd, and they could benefit from doing a bachelor's bar night.
Excellent service and food from the items we tried. Chicken tacos had Indian spices and a dollop of ketchup! VERY good for $16. Came with crispy fries. Daughter had their pesto pasta. Said it's a bit salty but good. Portion is small but filling. They did not have a simple green salad so chef custom made one for us! Very good mix of fresh veggie and sautéed and seasoned veggies with a side of cracked wheat tabouli. Very good! We will come back to try more Indian seasoned food.
Delicious and authentic taste of Indian food must come to Indian restaurant and enjoy the fresh flavor of India beautiful service lovely staff
They literally have the red carpet out for you. The drinks are yummy, the food, at least what we've had -- korma & butter chicken have both been super good. Korma being the first place winner. It's newly opened so the staff is still catching up but they were very friendly and the bar tender was funny.
We have been waiting for a new Indian restaurant and that Anaheim Hills and it is finally here and we are ecstatic. My review will cover the food, drinks, ambience and service. **Food: 10/10** We tried several items and everything was great. Pistachio Lamb chop- 10 out of 10 Butter Chicken- 10 out of 10 Avocado Tacos(off menu)- 10 out of 10 **Drinks: Exceptional** The beverage curated by Ashley was nothing short of remarkable, and certainly not what one might expect at a typical Indian dining venue. The drinks menu was curated with an impressive level of sophistication, featuring unique concoctions that complemented the cuisine. Each beverage we tried was crafted with precision and an evident passion for mixology, setting a new standard for what to expect in terms of a dining experience. It's clear we've found our new favorite spot for drinks because the cocktails and cocktails were excellent. **Ambience: Vibrantly Authentic** The ambiance of this restaurant is very nice and a good vibe . DJ was playing great music, creating a lively yet inviting environment that enhances the dining experience. Whether you're a longtime lover of Indian music or simply open to immersing yourself in the cultural experience, the ambiance here promises a memorable and enjoyable evening. It's also a great place to have a party, meetings or watching Lakers games. **Service: Impeccable** Zariah, our server, was the epitome of professionalism and warmth. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and attentively took care of our dining needs throughout the evening. I know it's not easy but it would be great if they could cater to individuals with gluten allergies more. **Overall Recommendation** This restaurant is a gem that stands out for its exceptional food, delicious drinks, enchanting ambiance, and impeccable service. It's a testament to how a dining experience should be crafted -- with care, authenticity, and a deep understanding of the cuisine and culture it represents. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to explore the depths of Indian culinary tradition in a modern and welcoming setting. Next time we visit we will be looking to try the Mexican tacos. I love the fact that it's a fusion restaurant.
